Kristen did a great job helping us navigate through selling our previous home & buying in the summer of 2024. During this time the market seemed to be slowing its pace down, but she presented us a plan to get our home listed & promote it as a feature on the first few pages of the PNW monthly magazine. We went live to market on in August 24 on a thursday & had 4 offers by Friday afternoon with only one day of open house. During the final process the buyers encountered a major problem with financing which was on the lender, nonetheless Kristen was on top of getting answers for us to the push the lender to clarify the problem Saturday-Sunday. Trust me when I say she will fight for you.



During our purchase of our new home, Kristen was always easy to reach. Keeping in constant communications with the builders to make sure all options selected were correct. When checking on the build we noted the flooring was not correct, within a few minutes of talking to Kristen the builder assured us the issue would be resolved, the flooring was ripped out & corrected the next day. When I tell you she fights for her clients I can truly attest to that. She does not see you as just another number but will always find the answers whether that means driving over to the builders office & not leaving until our questions are answered. Weeks before closing she was in constant contact with us to be sure the home was on track to close.

We will forever be grateful for the help & education throughout this process & she is no longer just our real estate agent but now a friend.

My husband and I were recently tasked with helping my elderly, recently widowed father with finding a new home in the Wenatchee area. She made things so easy, every step of the way, as we navigated the entire process from not just one, but two long distance areas. I know she MADE time in her day for us, with very little notice, on more than one occasion when we were going to be in town at the last minute. There were so many things that came up that I thought sure would be an obstacle, that she had solutions for every time. She made sure that everything was done correctly, efficiently, easily and helped us ensure that nothing was overlooked and that deadlines were met.



All three of us highly recommend Kristen. You really just can’t find anyone who is more knowledgable, responsive, accommodating to your needs, professional, and able to make home buying (and selling too, I’m sure!) SO easy!!

Kristen had a plan to sell our home from the moment we met her. Even after the first offer fell through, she kept a positive attitude and was able to find another buyer immediately that closed in just over two weeks. A couple stressful times along the way, but she was able to pull everything together and both parties came away from the transaction with high praise for her professional work ethic.
